NEXO Sportswear supplies custom and non-custom sportswear and related products. Many of our items are made to order based on customer specifications.

Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by NEXO Sportswear. An order is only confirmed once pricing, including shipping, has been agreed with the customer and payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.

Customised Products
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details provided for customised products are correct before confirming an order. This includes, but is not limited to, sizes, colours, names, numbers, spelling, logos, and artwork. Once production has begun, orders for customised items cannot be changed or cancelled.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are agreed with the customer prior to the order being placed. Quoted prices include shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on product type, level of customisation, and delivery location. While we aim to meet all stated delivery times, delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to compensation.

Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Customised or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect. Non-customised items may be eligible for return subject to our returns policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or not as described, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Any issues must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
