Shipping policy

All shipping costs are included in the final quoted price provided to the customer.

Because many of our products are made to order and may vary in quantity, destination, and delivery requirements, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis. The total price, including shipping, will always be clearly agreed with the customer before an order is placed or production begins.

Once a quotation has been accepted and the order confirmed, no additional shipping charges will be added unless agreed in advance.

Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of quotation and may vary depending on product type, level of customisation, and delivery location. While we aim to meet all stated delivery times, these are estimates and may occasionally be subject to delays outside of our control.
