Refund policy
We want all customers to love the products we supply. Every item is produced with care and checked to meet our quality standards.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel and return most items within 14 days of delivery. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order, personalised, or customised.
Because many of our products are produced specifically to your requirements, we can only accept returns for items that have not been altered or customised in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, the addition of names, numbers, badges, logos, or bespoke design elements.
Customised or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, misprinted, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Where returns are accepted, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Returned within the agreed returns period
Items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.
